Delivery

Delivery Options

All orders are sent via Royal Mail with a tracked service from the UK. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Due to Covid-19, orders will not need a signature upon delivery, but will instead log the name of the person accepting the item.

UK Standard - £5 or free with code ‘FREESHIPUK’ when spending over £100

  • Receive your purchase in 2-3 business days after your order has been accepted 

UK Next Day - £8

  • Order by 12 pm (UK time) to receive your purchase the next business day

  • Please note, purchases made after 12 pm (UK time) on a Friday or during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday 

International Standard –  £15

  • Europe: Receive your purchase in 4-6 business days after your order has been accepted

  • Worldwide: Receive your purchase in 6-8 business days after your order has been accepted

  • Please note, international orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East.

Taxes and Duties

For orders outside the UK, you may be charged duty and taxes on receipt of the goods. 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that the payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, and any other administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these policies, is the purchaser’s responsibility. Love Lane London cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of the above-mentioned charges.

Returns

Returns Policy

We hope you love your items, but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason unless they have been personalised, they can be returned for a refund or exchange, provided that the following guidelines are observed.

 

  • Email us at hello@lovelanelondon.com within 14 working days of receiving your item(s), quoting your order number and requesting either a refund or exchange. We will then give you full details and instructions on our return and exchange process.

  • Past the grace period of 14 days from when you received your item, we cannot offer you a refund. 

  • You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging and swing tags still in place. You are asked to take reasonable care of the items. 

  • To complete a return or exchange, please include your order number and name within the parcel.

  • The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

  • Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Love Lane London Ltd unless you send the parcel tracked and can show that the parcel has been signed for.

  • Alternatively, if you wish to exchange your item, subject to stock availability, we will do our best to exchange items. You will be charged for shipment.

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will assess it and notify you whether we will accept the product(s) for return. A refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

 

We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange on the following:

  • Personalised items

  • Face masks 

  • Custom orders 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Payment

Payment methods

We accept Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, and Discover cards (US merchants only).

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase. When you select PayPal, you’ll be prompted to log into your account or create a new one.

Payment security

Love Lane London uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode.

We process credit and debit card payments via Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
